Code of Ethics

(i) ZAB Trading (PTY) LTD will be fair, honest, impartial, respectful, professional and act in good faith in all our businesses, relationships with clients and public including employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.

(ii) We will act in the interest of the clients unless doing so violates the law and stature of the code of Ethics.

(iii) We will not discriminate in any business activities based on race, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, familial stature, or disability.

(iv) We will not engage in any practices that could be damaging to the public, including providing or promoting any building materials, products or techniques that are known to us to be defective, substandard, or likely to cause harm.

(v) We will provide a timely & appropriate response to all items & workmanship covered under warranty.

(vi) We will not accept any undisclosed commission, rebate profit, other benefits from any party to the project.

(vii) Should a conflict arise, ZAB Trading (PTY) LTD will seek to have such dispute negotiated, including mediation or arbitration via an impartial third party before resorting to litigation.
